I wanted to create a tomato sauce that tastes fresh-something simple, genuine
and made with ingredients you can truly taste.
We start with quality tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and a simple recipe
inspired by the way I grew up eating in Italy.
But what makes THE SAUCE different is how we make it.
We don’t believe in big production.
THE SAUCE is prepared one small batch at a time, with the same attention and care I would give to a sauce made in my own kitchen.
Because for me, tomato sauce has never been just about food. It’s about putting something good on the table, sitting down together, and keeping family and friends connected.
